this scholarship allows parents to personalize the education of their kindergarten through 12th grade children with special needs and unique abilities by directing money toward a combination of programs and approved providers. Step Up For Students is a state approved nonprofit scholarship organization that, for the past 12 years, has helped administer the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program for low income students and is now helping administer the PLSA also.
